DPA

The multi-layer-system for collecting, displaying and managing information on the operation of production equipment. It allows managing the production process in real time using the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) system. The system collects and processes data from CNC machines, including information about efficient loading and non-productive downtime.

    You can deploy the DPA System on SQL Express. We don't recommend you deploy on SQL Express for industrial usage, because there are limitations on the DataBase size and computer performance problems might arise.

    DPA is developed with the use of an ORM DataObjects.NET, therefore, in addition to the above DBMS, support: Oracle 10g, 11g, 12c, 18c; Microsoft SQL Server CE 3.5, 4.0; Windows Azure SQL Database 2008 R2, 2012, 2014, 2016; Postgre SQL 8.3 - 11.2; Firebird 2.5, 3.0; MySQL 5.1, 5.5, 5.7, 6.0, 8.0; SQLite 3 - 3.27.2.

  • Архитектура системы

    DPA is a software package includes the following components:

    • DPA Server is responsible for interaction with the monitoring equipment, it collects data, carries out its primary processing and transmits it to the Host;
    • DPA Host aggregates and processes data from the DPA-servers, records them to the DPA database and DPA Indicator files, as well as is responsible for the operation of the user interface;
    • DPA database is a relational database designed to store system tables, reference information, significant machine data and user data;
    • DPA Realtime Database is a real-time database designed to optimize the processes of recording and reading frequently altered machine data, as well as optimize the use of server resources;
    • Driver is a software component that allows access to CNC rack data without additional hardware and implements interaction of system components with a certain type of device;
    • A virtual driver is a driver that emulates the operation of a machine;
    • Agent is a software component that provides logging and transmission of data on the operation and condition of equipment to the server. It is installed directly on the machine (but not on all types of machines, this information should be specified in X-tensive).
